Terms of Service

By registering and using Invoure, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must exit the site immediately and discontinue any use of the service.
1. Conditions of Use
Invoure is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. By using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms, guidelines or rules that are applicable to any portion of the service, without limitation or qualification.
2. Overview of Service
Invoure provides a web-based platform for creating, customizing, and sharing digital wedding invitations. The service includes invitation design tools, guest management, RSVP tracking, guestbook, QR code scanning, and multimedia integration. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice to active users.
3. Modification of Terms & Service
Invoure reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue these Terms and Conditions, pricing, and the service itself at any time and from time to time without prior notice. By your continued use of the service following such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. We will attempt to notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
The Invoure platform, including all design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, and underlying technology, is owned and operated by Invoure and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission from Invoure.
5. Account Registration & Security
To use Invoure, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You must be at least 17 years old. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your credentials, misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use the service for any purpose other than creating wedding invitations. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to Invoure (invitations, text, photos, music, videos). You grant Invoure a limited, non-exclusive license to store, host, display, and share that content solely to provide the service and allow your guests to view invitations. You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, hate speech, defamatory content, or violates any applicable law. You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you upload.
7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Invoure offers both free (BASIC) and paid subscription tiers (PREMIUM, ULTIMATE). Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD). All payments are processed securely by Midtrans (for IDR) or other authorized payment gateways. Subscription periods are monthly or annual as selected. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before expiry to maintain premium features. Refunds are available for any reason within a reasonable timeframe at the sole discretion of Invoure. 8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Invoure for: (a) spam, phishing, fraud, or illegal activity; (b) reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the platform's source code; (c) circumventing security measures or access controls; (d) excessive usage that disrupts service for others; (e) scraping, crawling, or automated data collection; (f) harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior; or (g) any purpose other than creating wedding invitations.
9. Data Deletion & Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account. Upon manual deletion, all your data (invitations, guest responses, guestbook entries, uploads) will be immediately and permanently deleted. You may also contact admin@invoure.com to request account deletion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Invoure is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific needs. We are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (b) data loss or corruption; (c) business interruption; (d) loss of revenue or profits; or (e) any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invoure, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of, based on, or in connection with your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Electronic Communications
By using Invoure, you agree that we may send electronic communications to you for the purpose of: (a) service announcements; (b) changes or additions to the platform; (c) promotional content (newsletters, updates, special offers); or (d) other purposes we deem appropriate. You can manage communication preferences in your Account Settings or by clicking 'Unsubscribe' in emails.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide will not be misused, abused, or sold to third parties. We collect and use personal data only to provide the service, process payments, and send relevant communications. See our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
14. Support & 24/7 Assistance

15. Third-Party Services
Invoure integrates with third-party services including Midtrans (payments), YouTube (video hosting), and cloud storage providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Invoure is not responsible for their operations or content.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Invoure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
