Invoure ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over that data.
1. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly (name, email, phone number when registering or submitting an RSVP), usage data (pages visited, access times, IP address), and device data (browser type, operating system).
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used to provide the service (creating and delivering digital invitations), to send account-related notifications, to process payments via Midtrans, and to improve the platform.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted service providers (e.g. payment gateways, hosting, email delivery) who are bound to keep it confidential. We may disclose data when required by law.
4. Data Security
We use TLS encryption for all communications, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and refresh tokens are stored in HttpOnly cookies. While we take every precaution, no system is 100% secure.
5. Retention & Deletion
Account data is retained for as long as your account is open. Your data is only deleted in two ways: (1) you manually delete your account via Account Settings, or (2) you send a deletion request to admin@invoure.com. We do not automatically delete your data due to inactivity.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies (HttpOnly, Secure) for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing for certain purposes. Contact us at admin@invoure.com to submit a request.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
